This is my second venture into Pop' Beauty's Nail Glams. Ultraviolet 31 is a bright violet shade. Not a pastel nor a deep grape shade but somewhere in between. I don't have anything quite like this in my collection. It's a creme and has no shimmer but the finish is almost rubbery. I used 2 coats here but a third wouldn't have hurt.
Ultraviolet is DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde free. This formula was slightly less runny than Mint Magic which I reviewed before. I think for the price these are really nice quality nail polishes.
