This cute little case is from Shu Uemura and is designed by modern kimono artist Mamechiyo. It's actually supposed to be used for their compact foundation but I use mine for fake eyelash storage, perfect for travelling or when you don't want to cart lots of boxes around. I can carry multiple sets without worrying about them getting crushed in transit plus it has enough space for some mini eyelash glue and a large mirror.
