Edward Bess Intimate Eyeshadow Swatch & Review

This eyeshadow from Edward Bess named 'Intimate" is a mushroom taupe with a semi matt finish. In the pan it looks flat but gives a slight sheen once applied. It's buttery smooth and easy to apply which makes a great eyeshadow for that "no make up, make up" look. Overall it's nice to find a natural, flattering matt shade that's been pulled off well with no chalkiness.

It's a shame that Edward Bess is such a hard brand to find as it does carry some lovely products, mainly aimed at the Bobbi Brown/Laura Mercier market i.e natural makeup. The packaging is simple but practical which is what you'd expect, it comes in a black pouch with a mini sponge applicator and a mirror under the flip top so perfect if you're in a snip.
